Insurance

We want to help you receive the maximum insurance benefit to which you are entitled. At all times, you can be confident that our treatment and diagnosis and your health and well being are based on what is in your best interest and not dictated by the often limited coverage by insurance companies. Insurance can be tricky and complicated so let us help you through the process. Please reach out to see if we’re currently accepting your dental insurance. And if you don’t have any dental insurance we are happy to discuss options to ensure you receive the care you deserve.

 Giving Back

Paying it forward is important to us. Dr. Brown has been involved with Operation Tooth Fairy for over a decade. This heart filled organization provides comprehensive dental, surgical, and orthodonitic care to patients in Chile and Bolivia with cleft lip and palate deformities. The rehabilitation often required years of treatment with a committed team of dental providers. We are always looking for donations and if you’d like to know how far a little goes in this cause please pull Dr. Brown aside as he would love to share his own personal experiences.

Meet Dr. Preston Brown

Dr. Brown was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from the University of Washington School of dentistry after witch he moved to the Bay Area to complete a hospital residency program at the Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto. Shortly after his post graduate training Dr. Brown opened his private practice in the Financial District.
Public service has been an integral part of his profession. While building his private practice from the scratch, he dedicated the first 10 years of his career working a the Marin County Public health department.
He is passionate about volunteer work overseas and is fortunate to be involved in an organization called Operation Tooth Fairy, this non-profit group provides dental care for children suffering from cleft lip and palate deformities. In his spare time he loves doing triathlons and spending time with dear friends. 

Cancelation Policy

Kindly give us 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment or a cancellation fee will be charged.

Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Active patients will have access to our online patient portal- an easy breezy payment option. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. To avoid any finance charge, we greatly appreciate your payment within 30 days of your dental treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

For your protection, we assure you that all personal and medical information is safe and secure. We follow all the standard state and federal guidelines to ensure your privacy. A Notice of Privacy Practices is available for you to review and presents the information that federal law requires us to give our patients regarding our privacy practices.
